Any examples of wins, profits, payouts, testimonials, screenshots, account balances, withdrawals, sales, or student success stories are not guarantees of what you will personally achieve.

Your results depend on many factors including:

• experience
• discipline
• market conditions
• consistency
• psychology
• execution
• risk management
• effort
• and personal decision making

Due to the digital nature of BTE and all Boss Legacy LLC products, there are:

• NO refunds
• NO exchanges
• NO chargeback approvals
• NO cancellations after purchase

Once access is granted to any digital product, course, software, community, mentorship, indicator, PDF, HTML resource, recording, or downloadable material, the sale is considered fully delivered.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• you receive immediate access to proprietary educational materials
• digital access cannot be “returned”
• you waive any right to dispute completed digital delivery

Attempting to dispute or reverse charges after receiving access may result in:

• immediate removal from all programs and communities
• revocation of licenses and access
• termination of affiliate eligibility

• collections or recovery efforts for stolen digital access

• graphics
• logos
• designs
• and all proprietary resources

You may NOT:

• copy
• reproduce
• screen record
• redistribute
• resell
• upload elsewhere
• leak
• share login access
• share files
• share PDFs
• duplicate lessons
• claim ownership
• teach as your own
• modify and redistribute
• use for competing products
• or exploit any BTE material without written permission from Boss Legacy LLC

Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or theft of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Boss Legacy LLC reserves the right to remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any person at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• disrespectful behavior
• harassment
• threats
• hate speech
• racism
• bullying
• community disruption
• leaking content
• chargebacks
• payment disputes
• unauthorized sharing
• intellectual property theft
• fraudulent activity
• manipulation
• spam
• impersonation
• or violation of these Terms

Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund.

Participation in any Boss Legacy LLC affiliate program is a privilege, not a right.

Affiliates must:

• market honestly
• avoid false income claims
• avoid misleading guarantees
• disclose when using affiliate links when required by law
• avoid impersonating Boss Legacy LLC staff or ownership
• avoid pretending to be funded, profitable, or successful if untrue
• avoid spam or unethical marketing methods

Affiliates may NOT:

• leak products
• share course access
• split accounts
• offer unauthorized discounts
• manipulate commissions
• run paid ads using Boss Legacy LLC trademarks without permission
• copy branding to impersonate the company
• or falsely represent partnership status

Boss Legacy LLC reserves the right to:

• deny affiliate approval
• revoke commissions
• terminate affiliate access
• remove affiliate privileges
• adjust commission structures
• modify affiliate terms at any time

Any affiliate caught stealing, leaking, redistributing, or sharing proprietary material will:

• lose affiliate access immediately
• forfeit unpaid commissions
• lose all product access
• potentially face legal action

Any indicator, software, alert system, automation, script, TradingView tool, or proprietary technology provided by Boss Legacy LLC is intended as an educational aid only.

Indicators and alerts:

• do NOT guarantee winning trades
• may repaint, lag, fail, delay, or malfunction
• should NEVER replace learning proper trading skills
• are not guarantees of entries or exits

You are responsible for verifying all trades and managing your own risk.

Boss Legacy LLC is not liable for:

• losses
• missed trades
• execution delays
• broker issues
• TradingView outages
• software bugs
• alert failures
• slippage
• or technical issues of any kind

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your:

• login credentials
• passwords
• account access
• affiliate links
• course access

Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorized users access to BTE is prohibited.

Some materials, strategies, discussions, and resources inside BTE are confidential and intended only for enrolled members.

You agree not to publicly share private community discussions, internal resources, proprietary systems, or member information without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Legacy LLC shall not be liable for:

• trading losses
• business losses
• indirect damages
• emotional distress
• lost profits
• missed opportunities
• platform outages
• technical failures
• or damages arising from use of BTE or related services

Your use of all Boss Legacy LLC products and services is entirely at your own risk.

Boss Legacy LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of BTE or any related service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Minnesota.
